The included 5 m / 16.4 ft cable provides convenient reach when the vehicle’s charging inlet is not positioned directly beside the charger. It is suitable for compatible sedans, SUVs, MPVs, wagons and other electric vehicles.
Plan the charger position carefully so the cable can reach the vehicle without being stretched, tightly bent or placed where it may create a trip hazard.

The RFID card is included only with the RFID Card version. The Plug & Charge version does not include RFID or app control. The Mobile App version includes mobile-app functionality but does not include RFID access.
Professional Installation Required
Installation must be completed by a qualified local electrician using a dedicated circuit, correct grounding and suitable protective devices. The electrician must verify the supply voltage, circuit capacity, cable size and local electrical requirements before installation.
A continuous 32A EV charging load may require a circuit rated above 32A, depending on local electrical codes. Do not connect the charger until a qualified electrician has confirmed that the electrical installation is suitable.
For outdoor installation, all wiring, cable entries, mounting surfaces and protective devices must be suitable for the location. An IP65 enclosure does not make an incorrectly installed electrical connection weatherproof.
XIAOZHE provides remote product and installation guidance but does not provide on-site installation services.

This product page is for the fixed 7kW 32A version. It is not a 22kW charger.
Does every version include Plug & Charge, RFID and Mobile App?

Is the pedestal included?
No. A compatible pedestal may need to be purchased separately.
