6. Important Reminder: Lighting Fixture Inspection Guide (Must Read)
Lighting products are fragile items. To protect your rights, please follow these steps carefully when you receive your package:

Step 1: Inspect Upon Delivery (Before Signing)

  • Before signing for the package, inspect the outer packaging in the presence of the courier.

  • If the outer packaging shows obvious damage, dents, water stains, or signs of having been opened:

    • You must open the package immediately in front of the courier to check the fixture for damage.

    • If the fixture is damaged: Please take photos as evidence and contact our customer service immediately.

    • If the fixture is intact: You may sign for the package normally, but it is recommended to take photos of the outer packaging for your records.

Step 2: Inspection After Signing

  • If the outer packaging was intact, but you find the internal fixture damaged after opening:

    • Please contact customer service within 24 hours of signing for delivery and provide the following evidence:

      1. Clear photos/videos of the damaged fixture;

      2. A clear photo of the shipping label;

      3. Photos of all six sides of the outer packaging (especially the damaged areas).

    • Based on the evidence provided, we will verify the issue with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund for you as soon as possible.

Step 3: Check Accessories

  • ⚠️ Please keep all accessories, mounting screws, instructions, etc., safely stored inside the packaging. If you find any accessories missing, please contact us within 3 days. We will send you the missing parts free of charge.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts & Incorrect Addresses

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate. Any costs incurred due to incorrect addresses, unreachable phone numbers, or failed delivery attempts (such as return shipping fees, storage fees, or redelivery charges) are the buyer's responsibility.

  • If a package is returned to us for the reasons mentioned above, we can reship the item(s) to you once we receive the return. However, you will be responsible for paying the reshipment shipping costs.

8. Regarding Lighting Installation
We supply the products themselves and typically do not include installation services. If you require installation, we recommend consulting a local certified electrician. Our customer service team can provide product installation guidance videos or send you electronic installation manuals.
