Account responsibility: If you create an account on this website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for being fully accountable for all activities conducted under your account.
Legal use: You agree to use this website only for legal purposes and not to infringe upon others' rights or interfere with the normal operation of the website.
3. Lighting product information description
We strive to provide accurate lighting product information, but you need to be aware of the following important notes: 
Parameter errors: The luminous flux (lumens), power, color temperature, color rendering index and other technical parameters displayed on the product page are all measured under laboratory conditions. During actual use, there may be a reasonable error of ±5% - 10% due to environmental factors, voltage fluctuations and lamp aging.
Display differences: Due to the screen display differences of different electronic devices, the actual color of the lighting (such as warm light at 3000K vs neutral light at 4000K) may be slightly different from what you see on the screen. This is not a quality issue.
Product updates: We reserve the right to update and iterate the accessories, minor design or packaging of the same model product without prior notice, even if it affects the basic functions and quality of the product. The product you receive may have minor differences from the detailed pictures displayed on the product page.
4. Installation and Electrical Safety
Lighting products involve electrical installation and safety is of utmost importance: 
Professional Installation Recommendation: For lamps that require wiring installation (such as ceiling lights, chandeliers, and spotlights), we strongly recommend that they be installed by certified electricians in accordance with local electrical codes.
User Responsibility: For damages, short circuits, fires, or injuries caused by improper installation, using mismatched dimmer switches, exceeding the rated voltage, or using non-waterproof products in humid environments, [Your Brand Name] assumes no responsibility.
Compatibility: Before purchasing dimming bulbs or smart bulbs, please make sure that your wall switches, dimmers, and home systems are compatible with our products. If you have any doubts, please consult the customer service before purchasing.
5. Orders and Pricing 
Price error: Although we do our best to ensure the accuracy of the prices, sometimes system errors may occur, leading to incorrect pricing. If we find that the price of the product you ordered is incorrect, we have the right to notify you and cancel the order, while providing you with a full refund.
Inventory restrictions: Popular models may have inventory fluctuations. If a certain product is out of stock, we will notify you by email promptly and provide you with the estimated arrival time or suggest replacing with another model.
6. Transportation and Inspection 
Fragile Items Reminder: Lamps are fragile items. Please inspect the box on the spot when receiving the package. If you find severe damage to the outer packaging or damage to the lamps, please take photos for evidence in the presence of the courier and you can choose to refuse the delivery.
After Receipt of the Package: Once you or someone else signs for the package, it is considered that you have confirmed that the appearance of the goods is intact. Claims for transportation damage made after that may not be accepted (unless you can provide clear evidence that the internal damage was caused by transportation).
7. Returns and Warranty
This clause should be read in conjunction with our "Return and Refund Policy". Due to the specific nature of lighting products: 
15-day no-reason return policy: The goods must be in good condition, uninstalled, without scratches, and with all accessories.
Warranty information: Our LED lamps usually offer [5-year warranty for indoor and outdoor lighting series, 1-year warranty for creative lighting series, and 3-year warranty for lamp accessories] (please refer to the product page for details). During the warranty period, if the product has quality faults that are not caused by human factors (such as light source failure, severe flickering), we will replace it free of charge.
Warranty exclusions: The following situations are not covered by the warranty:
Damage caused by improper installation, unstable voltage, or external surges;
Human damage, unauthorized disassembly or modification;
Normal light attenuation or depletion after the bulb reaches its rated lifespan.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this website, including but not limited to product images, renderings, description texts, brand logos, technical drawings, etc., are [xiaozhe] or its suppliers' property and are protected by intellectual property laws. Without written authorization, it is strictly prohibited to copy or steal. 
9. Liability Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, [xiaozhe] shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages (including but not limited to installation costs, loss of production time at the site, etc.) arising from the use or inability to use this website and its products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the related products.
