We offer a 15-day return policy. You have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Conditions for Accepted Returns:

  • The product is in brand new, unused condition.

  • The original packaging is intact and undamaged, with all accessories included.

  • Tags and labels are not removed.

  • The original order number and proof of purchase are provided.

Conditions for Non-Accepted Returns:

  • Customized/personalized products.

2. How to Start a Return

Package and Ship Back

  • Place the item, all accessories, and the original packaging into a sturdy box.

  • Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.

  • Ship it back using a traceable shipping service.

3. Damaged or Defective Items


Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For defective items: We provide free return shipping and will offer a full refund or a free replacement.

Warehouse Inspection
